Sunshine Oasis is situated in a newly created gated community called The Sanctuary. It is on one of the highest points in central Florida. So high that on clear nights you might see the fireworks from Walt Disney's EPCOT Resort.
This is a sought after and secure lakeside community in a classy part of Florida, which is not over developed and is close to the conservation and wildlife area. The preserved surrounding wetlands are home to a variety of birds, including Cranes, Ospreys, Great Eagrets and White Ibis.
The lounge area comprises two comfortable sofas (one converts into a queen size bed) a 28inch TV with DVD player with films and a Nintendo game cube with a selection of games. You will find playing cards and poker chips in the entertainment cabinet.
There are a combination of beds in the villa, the master suite has a Queen size bed; the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds.
The master suite comprises of large bedroom, with 21inch TV; walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi style bath, large walk-in shower, toilet and his and hers vanity units.
For your convenience you will also find a hairdryer and straighteners in the bathroom.
The second bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms and comprises of a toilet, bath & shower and vanity unit.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, pantry, coffee maker, toaster, waste-disposal unit and that all important dishwasher! After all you don't want to waste time on washing-up.
It is also fully stocked with cultery, crockery, glassware and plastic beakers and plates for the pool-side (glass and crockery can be dangerous around the pool area)
For those who are more energetic the villa has its own screened swimming pool and for those less energetic why not lie out on a lounger — drink in hand on the deck area and just watch. It is also very private as it is not overlooked from the back
